When trying to find some interesting quotes about stress it struck me as odd, they’re all boil down to “Stress is bad, just don’t do it.” You can ask Google “Is it OK to be stressed?” and you’ll find pages of articles about how “some” stress is good but you should avoid too much and reduce what stress you have.
